The mission
DB Cosmetics is on the market as a reference for the sale and production of cosmetic products on behalf of third parties. We offer an easy, fast, available to everyone and completely customizable service. We create Hair care, Skin care and Pet Care products for every need, drawing on carefully selected raw materials of natural and vegetable origin. Our mission is based on three fundamental principles: Tradition, passion and innovation . The goal is to clear the concepts of beauty and personal care by placing quality products on the market at an affordable cost, but above all able to meet the needs of our customers.
History
Founded in 2015, the company breaks the generational link in the distribution of cosmetic products to direct the attention and thirty years of experience of the brand directly to the public. " We want to create products that generate satisfaction, able to accompany our customers throughout the day, helping them to feel good about themselves and at ease in all situations ". DB Cosmetici is always attentive to the needs of its customers. The entire corporate mission is aimed at the future of our partners, through which we develop innovative ideas capable of meeting the ever-changing market trends.
The structure was built in 2016, in an old, now disused complex, we saw the possibility of creating a new future starting from scratch, brick by brick. 2017 is the year of growth, important collaborations start with well-known companies in the sector that choose DB Cosmetici for the realization of their products. As early as 2019, the production capacity doubles, not only the team but also the headquarters is expanded further to meet the new requests and objectives to be achieved. Inspired by digital and technological innovation, just six years after its birth it houses staff offices, a vast laboratory at the forefront of production techniques, a showroom dedicated to our customers and a storage warehouse of over 300 square meters. The entire chain is managed entirely on site in order to prevent any contamination that, during the production processes, can detach the starting idea from the finished product
In 2022 the enthusiasm and the desire to mature grows, we want to export our Made in Italy beyond new borders, reach customers that are currently inaccessible, improve our ability to perceive feelings and desires of the public. This is how the first DB Cosmetics line was born. All the experience of the brand, past and present, conveys in a selection of formulas studied and tested to guarantee high reliability. For the future we defer to the opinion of the consumer and we look forward to what we hope will be the numerous feedbacks that will help us improve.
The team
While keeping intact the experience and identity of the past through our historical collaborators, at DB Cosmetici we proudly affirm that we believe in future generations. The average age of our team is under thirty, a choice aimed at always keeping alive the enthusiasm that distinguishes us and well transmitting the knowledge we have handed down for generations, but not only. We strongly believe in the values of family and friendship , we want each of our employees to perceive the workplace as an integral part of their life, within which they can express opinions and take part in fundamental decisions. This is why they are the ones who have chosen the job in which to specialize along the training path and their own working hours. The latter is completely devoid of overtime, as we give extreme value to the time dedicated to family and rest, avoiding unnecessarily overloading hours that would result in poor attention to the safety and quality of our products.

We are inspired by the tradition that preceded us and from which we have learned, with an eye to innovation that allows us to be closer to our customers and better in our work. We believe in the concept of beauty understood as well-being, internal and external. Finally, we carry out our dream by protecting the eco-sustainable aspect of the brand. The entire production is designed to minimize waste, carefully selecting suppliers, raw materials that respect human health and the environment, packaging with the lowest environmental impact. We plan to become one of the first CO2-neutral zone activities in the short term.
